The Massachusetts Sheep & Woolcraft Fair is a volunteer-run event that brings together a vibrant community of farmers, fiber artists, and enthusiasts to celebrate and preserve the region’s sheep and wool heritage. Through educational programs, competitions, and hands-on experiences, the fair supports small-scale shepherds, artisans, and youth interested in fiber arts and agriculture.

This event honors small farms, breeders, and creative makers who bring the world of wool — and wool-adjacent products — to life. Our mission is to educate and inspire the public about the science of wool, sustainable agriculture, and the artistry that connects field, fiber, and finished goods.
